Sequence Custom Field
We have engineered a "sequence" custom field that allows Chris to induce updates through prompt engineering. This custom field is highly flexible and can be adjusted anytime to adapt the bot’s behavior and responses. Here’s how you can customize and manage the sequence field:
Steps to Update the Sequence Custom Field:
Navigate to Contacts:
Go to the ‘Contacts’ section on the dashboard.
Select All Contacts:
Select all contacts or specific ones that you want to apply the sequence update to.
Set Custom Field:
Click on the option to set a custom field.
Find the "sequence" custom field and update it with the desired sequence value or prompt.
Future Development Idea:
Autonomously Changing Engine: We aim to enhance the sequence field into an autonomously changing engine that adapts in real-time based on user interactions and predefined criteria. This will further personalize the user experience without manual updates.
Other Customizations
Custom Colors in Settings:
You can personalize the color scheme of your bot by navigating to the ‘Settings’ section and selecting the ‘Appearance’ tab. This allows you to match the bot’s interface with your brand’s identity.
Customize Webchat:
On the ‘Webchat’ page, you can create and configure new webchat interfaces. Customize the design and layout to fit your website’s style and enhance user engagement.
Custom CSS for Webchat:
To create a unique UI/UX experience, you can apply custom CSS to your webchat. This can be done within the webchat settings, giving you full control over the appearance and behavior of the chat interface.
Customizing Your General Bot Personality:
Navigate to ‘Settings’ > ‘Integrations’ > ‘OpenAI’ to set up the default reply. Through prompt engineering, you can define how your bot interacts with users, ensuring the personality aligns with your brand’s voice and tone.
